Fourteen days to ask for your money back, without explaining why.

The right

Within fourteen calendar days of buying either of the two digital products, the Architectural maturity report or the Odoo upgrade radar, you can ask for a full refund of what you paid. No reason, no form, nothing to send back: asking is enough.

Having downloaded it or read it does not take the right away. If the report was no use to you, it was no use to you.

On the services, process mapping and architecture maps, the deposit is refunded in full if you cancel within fourteen days of paying and before the first delivery; after the first delivery, the part not yet delivered is refunded.

On the SRI electronic invoicing subscription, the setup fee is refunded in full if you cancel within fourteen days of paying and before your first real invoice is authorised; that first authorised invoice has legal effect and cannot be undone, which is why it marks the limit. The monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want, with no minimum term and no penalty: it runs to the last day of the month already paid and is not charged again. On the annual plan, the whole months left unused are refunded. Whatever was installed stays on your server in every case.

How to ask

Write to contacto@andresbrinez.com from the same address you bought with, quoting the purchase reference: the order number (in the form S00000) that appears in your portal, or the diagnostic code (DX-0000) if you bought the maturity report. That is all it takes.

I confirm the request within one business day and order the refund the same day I confirm it.

When the money arrives

The refund goes back through the same payment method you used, via the payment provider that processed the purchase. How long it takes to show up on your statement depends on that provider and on your bank: normally between five and ten business days.

The refund is for the full amount. Any taxes charged in your country are returned along with the price.

What happens to the report

Once the refund is processed, access to the PDF in the portal is withdrawn and the included re-assessment stops being available. The free result of your evaluation (stage, profile and verdict) stays: that one was not bought.

If you want the report later, you can buy it again against the same evaluation, without repeating the questionnaire.

After the fourteen days

Past that point there is no automatic refund, but there is still someone on the other side: if the report has a calculation error, if something was not delivered, or if the delivery failed, write to me and it gets corrected or refunded, without arguing about the deadline.
